System Architecture
Machine-to-BIM communication
An essential aspect of the services desired by users is the usability of the data obtained in Building Information Modeling - BIM for short. For this purpose, the same data streams and data formats from the area of system architecture/data formats can be used. The short-term goal is the simplified use and maintenance of BIM due to binding and manufacturer-independent data interfaces.
Machine-to-Machine Communication
Communication between machines is an important aspect of digitization. The vision for the distant future is the fully automated construction site. The short-term goal in M2M communication and in the system architecture/ file formats working group responsible for this is to reach cross-vendor agreement on a machine-independent and uniform transmission of data on the same channel in each case and in the same transmission/data format. This eliminates the need for subsequent and time-consuming "translation" and adaptation of the data.
AK System Architecture Cluster 1 -3
The System Architecture Working Group is currently divided into three subclusters.
These subclusters allow precise and goal-oriented work on the respective requirements of the individual areas of system architecture.
In detail these are:
AK System Architecture Cluster 1 - "in" the machine
AK System Architecture Cluster2 - "around" the machine
AK System Architecture Cluster 3 - Test Specifications
