MiC 4.0 Structure and Board

MiC 4.0 is a working group that the VDMA is coordinating in cooperation with German Construction Industry Federation It is operated by. It was founded on April 8, 2019, at bauma. Members of the VDMA, particularly from the following specialist associations, are addressed:

• Construction machinery and building material plants
• Software and Digitalization
• Electrical Automation
• Fluid technology
• Drive technology
• Engines and Systems

The topic of research also holds a special significance and is, through the connection with the Research Association for Construction Machinery and Building Material Plants (FVB) given in full. Thus, there is always the possibility to investigate problems within the framework of pre-competitive collaborative research and to research new approaches across industries.
