Standardization in digital construction site communication

The digital networking of construction machinery is a crucial building block for the construction site of the future. But how can machines from different manufacturers communicate with each other efficiently? This is precisely the question we are asking ourselves at MiC 4.0 - and discussing it together with the industry.

On October 8, 2025 at 11:30 a.m., we will be represented at the Construction Equipment Forum at Coreum in Stockstadt am Rhein. In an exciting panel discussion, our Managing Director Dr. Darius Soßdorf will explain how we are developing a common, cross-manufacturer "language" for construction machinery with MiC 4.0.

Our vision: standardized digital communication on the construction site that enables efficiency, transparency and seamless collaboration between all machines and participants. Because only when machines speak the same "language" can digital processes develop their full potential and benefit users and manufacturers alike.
