Machine interfaces for control system providers
The System Architecture working group is setting up a new cluster that will focus on machine interfaces for control systems.
Distance sensors, tilt sensors, cameras and environment detection are increasingly finding their way into the world of construction machinery. The operators of such construction machinery appreciate the support provided by these assistance systems and their functions. Unfortunately, construction companies are confronted with a multitude of different interfaces and data formats, which vary greatly due to the mostly mixed machine fleets of different manufacturers and suppliers. In order to simplify this in the future, the members decided to found a new cluster.
In the working group, all participants work together to reach a common understanding of the fundamental aspects. This will enable users to use this data just as comprehensively and clearly as other MiC 4.0 data in the future.
